Precious Primary Moments

Here is the picture that Emma brought home from Primary. In her words, "It is a picture of me, a CTR thing, and the Holy Ghost." Do I need to say any more?

Weekend Fun

Last Friday night I was laying in bed--ASLEEP when I heard a thumping noise. So I of course panicked first, but layed still, listening. Then I could make out whispering, more thumping, and footsteps. So I ventured over to the window, lifted the blinds, and found 4 teenagers in the process of toilet papering our house. I debating flipping on the porch light or opening the front door, but instead we just watched them for about the next 30 minutes. Here is the finished product:

So the next morning we went out and cleaned it up and found about 120 rolls of toilet paper, in the front and back yards. The kids had a blast cleaning it up:

And so did Jamie:

Oh, and did I mentioned we saved all of it in bags in our garage. REVENGE IS SWEET!! =-)

Thunderbunnies Softball

We have officially entered the world of childrens sports. Emma is playing softball this year and Jamie is the assistant coach. So far it has been more comic relief than anything else. But after the last game it was priceless, when Emma said "Mom, I hit it when it came to me!!" (they get 4 pitches then the tee is put up to hit off of) She is a good little sport, but doesn't quite have the competitive streak in her to make her work really hard at it. But she did tell me recently that they is ready to play soccer this year. Last year she told us that she didn't want to play on a "team" (at this point she was very much into gymnastics). So our little girl is growing up and turing into a little--Thunderbunny! (that's the team name)
