These are a few updated pics of our garden. This is about the number of squash we pick from the garden--EVERYDAY!! And we have our GIANT pumpkins growing over the boxes and to who knows where (the kids think this is absolutely amazing)! We also have 4 tomato plants doing very well, and green beans that we just picked for the first time. We are thinking about doing a winter garden--any tips?

I did zucchini last year and grew so much that I had to shred and freeze almost all of it...I still have a ton in my freezer, so I opted out of zucchini this year...that's the only problem with squash....good luck with the winter garden...I wish I could do one...but I am pretty sure that gardens don't like the snow!
I love your garden. You are so awesome. Good luck finding something to do with the squash. I just have one tip....don't plant a winter garden in Utah! :)
