Today my good friend Angie and I ventured out for a 5K TRAIL RUN!! So Angie and I have been good "walking" buddies and decided to try our hand at a 5K, not a problem. The part that we didn't quite get was that the 5K was around Folsom Lake--literally on a dirt trail. Let me clarify, not just dirt, but sand too!! Yikes!! But we made it through and feel very accomplished. Yeah me!! (for all you Zach & Cody fans out there--you get that one)

Nice work...! There was a 5K on the trail by our house today...kinda weird. Of course, the trail by our house is asphalt...no dirt no sand!
Good for you and Angie! I am impressed. Maybe someday when I am not working I can join you?
